Thomas studied Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and East European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. He then worked in Tbilisi, Georgia for three years before joining Panteia in 2018. In Georgia he worked as an Economic Policy Officer for the Embassy of the Netherlands to Georgia and Armenia and as a project officer for the consultancy firm Policy Management & Consulting Group (PMCG). At PMCG he mostly worked on the management and acquisition of EuropeAid (framework) Contracts and other organizational and administrative matters such as the recruitment of experts, which he continued to do at Panteia. Furthermore, he is involved in the proposal writing processes and business development activities.
