Rama Polderman

Since September 2024, Rama has been working as a researcher at Panteia within the Society & Economy team. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies from Leiden University and a master's degree in Policy Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. During and after his studies, Rama worked for a year and a half at research agencies.

At Panteia, Rama mainly works on projects within the Healthcare & Working conditions area of expertise. Additionally, he is involved in projects related to participation and livelihood security. Rama has experience with quantitative and qualitative methods, which he has applied in policy, evaluation, and survey research.
