Henri Faun MSc. is senior project manager at Panteia. He studied International Business Administration at Maastricht University and has worked in (policy) research since 2007.

Henri has an extensive track record in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research for a variety of organisations, in particular in the public sector. Henri's strength in research and consultancy lies in quickly getting to the bottom of developments, interests, causes and (possible) consequences. Moreover, he keeps an overview of information and data coming from different sources. He transfers the knowledge he gains into accessible reports that form the basis for further choices by the client. In projects, Henri operates both in the role of project leader and senior consultant. The interaction between these roles helps to make the right choices during a project and to always strive to find relevant information and a solution to the client's problem.

In his work Henri deals with various topics in the social domain, especially in the field of health and prevention. This includes personal health as well as occupational health and safety. In particular, Henri has expertise on lifestyle influences, such as the effects of promoting unhealthy food, alcohol and tobacco products via social media. Henri is also concerned with the impact of life events (such as grief and menopause) in the workplace.
