Blik op Werk satisfaction survey

What is Blik op Werk?
Blik op Werk is a quality institute. Each year, it checks the quality of all inburgerscholen (civic integration schools) in the Netherlands and the reintegration agencies affiliated with Blik op Werk. If a school or organisation performs well enough, they receive the Blik op Werk quality mark. One of the ways Blik op Werk assesses schools and organisations is through a satisfaction survey.

What does Panteia do?
Panteia is a research and consultancy firm. We carry out various types of research. The satisfaction survey for Blik op Werk is one of the studies we conduct.

How does the Blik op Werk satisfaction survey work?
Schools and organisations with the Blik op Werk quality mark are required to share contact details of their students, clients and commissioners with Panteia. We use this information to invite people to take part in the satisfaction survey. We do this by email or by phone. We invite them to complete a questionnaire. The questions concern the school or organisation. We would like to hear your opinion about them.

The results of the survey are compiled into a report. The report shows the answers from everyone who participated, combined. This means that the school or organisation cannot see who gave which response.

Have you received an invitation?
Did you receive an e-mail from us? That’s possible, as we invite participants by email. The email is sent from dienstverleners@panteia.nl. The questionnaire is online. The email contains a button marked ‘Nu invullen’ (‘Fill in now’). If you would like to participate, simply click the button and the questionnaire will open.

If the school or organisation does not have the email address of the student or client, they may sometimes provide an address of someone else, such as a relative. This is only allowed if that person has given permission. Therefore, you might receive an invitation on behalf of someone you know.

Commissioners are only invited via email.

Have you received a phone call?
Did you receive a phone call? That’s possible, as the call centre contacts people to ask whether they want to take part in the survey. If you agree, the call centre agent will ask you the questions and fill in your answers.

If you do not answer, the call centre may try again later. If you are willing to participate but the timing is inconvenient, you can arrange a callback with the agent.

If the school or organisation does not have the phone number of the student or client, they may sometimes provide the number of someone else, such as a family member. This is only allowed if that person has given permission. So you may receive a call from our call centre asking to speak to someone you know.

Do I have to take part?
It’s entirely up to you whether you take part. There will be no consequences if you decide not to. By participating, you help Blik op Werk assess the quality of the school or organisation. You are also helping the school or organisation directly by sharing what they are doing well and where they can improve.

People looking for a civic integration school or reintegration agency can see which ones receive high ratings and make better-informed choices. The more people share their views, the more useful the results become. That’s why we hope you will take part.

What if I do not want to take part?
If you received an invitation by email and do not wish to participate, you can click the ‘Nu afmelden’ (‘Unsubscribe now’) button at the bottom of the e-mail.

If you neither participate nor unsubscribe, we may send you a reminder later. Sometimes we send multiple reminders.

If you are called and do not wish to take part, you can simply let the agent know.

Can I participate in another language?
If you participate online, the questionnaire is usually shown in Dutch. Sometimes the school or organisation will have selected another language for you. You can also choose your preferred language yourself within the questionnaire. Options include English, Arabic, or Tigrinya, among others.

If you are called, the questionnaire is conducted in Dutch. The agent will help you if something is unclear. All agents speak Dutch, and some speak additional languages.

Are you a commissioner? Then the questionnaire is only available in Dutch.

Can the school or organisation see my answers?
The survey is anonymous: the school or organisation will not know who gave which answers. We encourage you to respond honestly, even if you have negative feedback.

More questions?
If you have received an invitation to take part in the satisfaction survey and have any questions, feel free to contact our helpdesk.
