Merve Cebeci is a researcher/consultant in the Transport & Mobility department at Panteia. She has a strong background in urban freight and logistics modeling. She specialises in simulation models and has experience in data collection, analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement. She has been actively involved in Horizon 2020 projects, contributing to innovative solutions in transportation and logistics, as well as corridor studies. She completed her master's degree in Transport, Infrastructure, and Logistics at TU Delft and holds a bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics from Istanbul University.
