The Future of CCAM: Insights from Spring 2025 conferences and meetings
Over the past month, the Panteia CCAMโERAS team embarked on an inspiring tour—from Seville to Trondheim to Hamburg—connecting with stakeholders and gathering key socio-economic insights into the transition toward Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM).
Across these events, core Panteia contributors—including Martin Clarke, ArnaudโฏBurgess, CharlotteโฏByrne, IoannaโฏKourounioti, and PaulโฏVroonhof—served as both presenters and facilitators. They engaged with transport authorities, industry leaders, consortium partners, and academics to:
- Share CCAMโERAS findings on the anticipated impacts of CCAM on future jobs, skills, and labour markets.
- Collect valuable input on training needs, job transformation, and skill gaps emerging alongside CCAM deployment.
- Strengthen collaboration with consortium partners and stakeholders across Europe.
Our team’s active participation underscores Panteia’s commitment to shaping a fair, inclusive, and forward-looking mobility transition. The insights we gathered will directly feed into our roadmap for next-generation training, policy recommendations, and workforce development frameworks aimed at supporting CCAM adoption.
