Thomas studied Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and East European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. He then worked in Tbilisi, Georgia for three years before joining Panteia in 2018. In Georgia he worked as an Economic Policy Officer for the Embassy of the Netherlands to Georgia and Armenia and as a project officer for the consultancy firm Policy Management & Consulting Group (PMCG). At Panteia he is primarily involved in research, project management, proposals and business development activities. He has experience conducting research for various national and international clients, such as Eurofound, EU-OSHA, DG EMPL and the European Parliament, mainly in the fields of labour market, working conditions, social security and transport. Thomas has a background in public policy.
