Research legal dilemmas arising from having multiple nationalities
Panteia was commissioned by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment to conduct research on (potential) legal dilemmas arising from having multiple nationalities. For this research, we are taking stock of dilemmas that individuals may be experiencing. For this research, we are speaking with people with multiple nationalities, legal experts and advocates.
Do you have one or more nationalities besides the Dutch nationality? Do you experience (possible) legal dilemmas as a result of this? For example, regarding military service, family law (including inheritance law, name law, divorce), taxes (including double taxation), or renouncing or losing a nationality? We are interested in hearing about your experiences! Share your experiences (anonymously) through the brief questionnaire (English) or the Dutch version of the questionnaire. It only takes a few minutes to complete.
Would you like more information or do you have questions? Call 079 322 2627 or send a message to one of our researchers Tom Kruis or Thomas de Winter!
