Catarina Dinis
Junior EU Policy Consultant
Catarina is a Junior EU Policy Consultant at Panteia. She holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Catarina is currently contributing to projects such as Shift2Sustain, the EU Urban Mobility Observatory and TEN-TEC.
Prior to joining Panteia, Catarina gained experience in regional policy development and reporting at the European Committee of the Regions. In 2020, she completed an internship with the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs at NATO Headquarters, where she closely supported negotiations on the sustainability of military mobility and broader security policies.
Catarina's work focuses on EU policy analysis and development, with particular interest in regional development, transport policy and European governance frameworks.
