Panteia completes three-year monitoring of national VET plans for Cedefop
Panteia has completed its work on Cedefop's monitoring of national implementation plans (NIPs) for vocational education and training (VET). The project ran for three years, from August 2023.
The NIPs set out how countries put the EU VET priorities for 2021-25 into practice. These priorities come from the Council Recommendation on VET and the Osnabrück Declaration. Cedefop monitors implementation in the EU-27, Norway and Iceland. We supported this monitoring with thematic reports, a stakeholder consultation, a workshop and further data analysis. The results feed into Cedefop's overview of progress on the EU VET priorities.
We carried out the project together with Visionary Analytics and the Istituto per la Ricerca Sociale (IRS). Interim findings were presented in 2024 at a Cedefop event on the implementation of the EU-27+ national plans for VET.
