Anne de Koeijer

Anne has been a researcher and consultant within the Transport & Mobility team since August 2026. She completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Engineering and Policy Analysis (Technische Bestuurskunde) at Delft University of Technology. During her studies, she gained expertise in approaching societal challenges and decision-making from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. She further developed this knowledge through various part-time roles, such as research assistant and consultant.

Within the Transport & Mobility team, she will work on a diverse portfolio, with a focus on economic transport issues.
