Drs. Paul Vroonhof (1969) is a senior project manager and theme coordinator. Paul has worked at Panteia and its predecessor EIM since 1994. He started as a researcher and for the past thirty years he has been active as a supervisor or project manager of large projects, as an advisor, as a team leader of the team within Panteia which focusses at the social domain and as a member of the Evaluation and impact assessment unit. There, he focuses, among other things, on administrative loads and other compliance burdens for citizens and companies. Paul has worked on an extensive amount of research projects within the broad social field. He is involved in national as well as international studies and projects.
Paul’s relevant work experience includes research and advice on policy relating to poverty and debt, vocational education, cultural and creative sectors, flexible working, the human dimension in policy, monitor revision Posted Workers Directive and acting as a correspondent for the EU agency Eurofound (work and living circumstances).
Communication with clients is one of Paul’s main tasks. He often advises them on communications such as press releases or letters to the government in connection with research. He also writes press releases for Panteia. Paul often gives presentations for external parties.
