Sven Koper is a researcher/advisor at the Transport and Mobility Department of Panteia. He holds a MSc degree in Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology with sidetracks in logistics and computer science. His experience is in data analysis and modelling of the road freight sector.

His day-to-day work involves the creation or interpretations of models to create insights on the effectiveness of policies. His recent projects include modelling the transition to battery-electric trucks in the Netherlands, updating total cost of ownership models for trucks, further developing and automating existing freight models, and contributing to MIRT projects.
