Thomas van der Sande is an advisor and researcher at Panteia within the Transport & Mobility department. He obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration: International and European Governance from Leiden University, where he specialized in European and national public administration.
At Panteia, Thomas works on policy and research projects at the intersection of transport, mobility, and governance. His work focuses on policy analyses, European mobility issues, and stakeholder processes in international contexts.
Thomas has experience within the public sector in the areas of strategic advisory, European funding, international cooperation, and innovation.
